Lochview Common

The private marina and surrounding grounds have been christened Lochview Common, from the Scottish term Loch meaning "body of water." Lochview Common is located on the shore of the beautiful Tennessee River and is surrounded by the Southern Uplands and Laird's Crescent.

Lochview Marina sits atop a beautiful bluff overlooking the Tennessee River. Watercraft slips at the Marina are constructed with state-of-the-art marine dock material. Twenty-two slips, both 20- and 30-foot, are currently available with walkways on all sides. Electric and water utilities are conveniently located to the slips.

Rental charge for either size slip is $160 per month plus $10 for electric and water in season (April 1st through September 30th). Off season rental is $100 per month plus utilities. Boats may also be stored in the Egypt Bluff Storage facility located adjacent to Brigadoon Village, less than 5 minutes from the marina.
